 Easy to Understand Basics of Nutrition & Health
I have been in Health & Nutrition for over 20 years. I have met and conversed with Dr. Weil in Seattle, WA., and I am a strong believer in his theories and scientific, factual information about food, eating, and the way the human body processes food. I have been sharing this "way of thinking" for years. I find it to be the most basic way of explaining to people where they should start when wanting to improve their lifestyle. So many diets, so many people telling you what, how, why and when to eat. The information Andrew Weil shares can be understood easily by many, even the most resistant of your acquaintances, friends and family. I highly suggest this video for anyone wanting to help themselves, and help others help themselves as well!
Thought provoking, entertaining, down to Earth
Dr. Weil is on the cusp of a new age of societal medicine that will be sweeping the Western industrialized world in the new millennium. His ideas are backed by his own experience and teachings. There is nothing out of the ordinary to his logic or content. A very enjoyable hour of viewing for the first sitting. I'm sure, like everything else we do, another viewing will bring out something we missed in the earlier viewing.
